fix(qk): enter folder shares and clarify 123 local Authorization (#283)

Quark parse stopped when the share root was only a folder and reported
that nothing could be downloaded. Enter subfolders, skip 0-byte
placeholders, and for visitors try a smaller file when Quark returns
23018 instead of transferring without a Cookie.

123 download failures now tell users to configure a local
auths.ye.authorization. Share listings can be read without login, and
hash fragments on 123 URLs are ignored. New URL fixtures use a ref=example
query, not a password-shaped parameter.
